Delivery times and fees
At Isle For Paws, we understand you're eager to receive your new dog accessories. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive after it has been placed. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50, making it even easier to treat your beloved pet. For orders under £50 delivery fees will apply and be calculated at checkout.
Our returns policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and sent back as soon as possible with a serious reason for the return to receive a refund. If the fault is ours, for example, if we sent the wrong item, you will not be required to return the product to receive a refund. We aim to process all refunds promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes unforeseen issues can occur. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong dog accessory, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team is happy to help and will work quickly to amend the situation, ensuring you receive the correct and undamaged items.
